Adult Ministries

Would you like to learn from the Bible with a group of friends?  Our small groups are for you!  We offer a wide variety of topics relating the Bible to everyday life as you get to know people at a deeper level.  You can be part of a small group on Sunday mornings or Wednesday evenings at the church.  We also have home and church groups that meet at various times during the week.  Consider trying out a small group for a few weeks.  New groups are offered several times during the year; just look for the insert in the Sunday worship bulletin.

We also offer traditional Sunday Bible classes at 10:45 am, following the traditional worship service.  Make new friends as you study the Bible together!

Join other singles to discuss the Gospel of John.                                                         (Led by Larry and Patti Keisling in Room 208.)

Genesis:  Walking with God

Take a walk through the Book of Genesis and deepen your relationship with God.                (Led by Pastor Diane Lutz in Room 205.)

Christian Virtues

Develop qualities in your life such as wisdom, integrity, courage, hope, faith.                   (Led by Steve and Debbie Christiansen in Room 204.)

Climbers Class

Bible lessons for mentally challenged adults.                                                                  (Led by Judy Wimpenny and Gail Zwart in Room 303.)

Parenting in Today's World

A small group for parents and grandparents of children and teens ages 0-18.                       (Led by Pastor Diane Lutz at 6:30-8pm in Room 205.)

Bible Study

Pastor Joe Lutz leads a Bible study every Wednesday night in Room 202/208.  The current study is the Book of Psalms.

Young Adult Group

Study the Bible with college-age and 20-somethings.                                                        (Led by Pastor Tim at his home on Sundays at 6-8pm.)

Men's Small Group

Join other men in this ongoing group to study the Bible and pray together. (Led by Marion Hammarlund on 1st and 3rd Mondays at 7-8 pm in Room 204 at church.)

GUMBO - God Using Ministry to Bless Others

Join others in ministering to the homeless in the Riverside area. Cook and deliver meals. (Led by Dave Smith on Tuesdays starting at 6 pm in the Fellowship Hall at church.)

Women's Daytime Bible Study

Join with other women studying the Letter to the Galatians at the Starbuck's on Canyon Crest Drive in the Canyon Crest Towne Centre. Bring a sack lunch if you wish.                (Led by Pastor Karin Mazzeo on Thursdays at 1:10-2:00 pm.)

 Lord, Heal My Hurts

Get help from the Bible and the Great Physician in overcoming hurts in your life.                 (Led by Beverly Johnson on Thursdays at 6:30-8pm in Room 204 at church.)
